What Is Your Exchange Policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your items for an exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless Luxe Handicrafts is at fault for sending you an incorrect or defective item.
  • All items sent to us that are not eligible for exchange will be sent back.
  • Any items sent back with minor adjustments and/or alterations will be void from an exchange and sent back.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We have a 20-day return policy. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase you can send your Products(Accessory or Decorative) back for a full refund within 20 days of receipt. Items sent back outside the return period will not qualify for refunds.

Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will only be granted when returned items are back in our possession.
All refunds will only be credited to the original payment method.
Any items or orders that have minor adjustments and/or alterations will be charged a 40% restocking fee, which will be deducted on the refund amount.

How can I return my items?
To return your item (s) for a refund, please first make sure you are in the 30-day return window. The 30-day return window starts from the day you receive your item (s).

To return your item (s) for return to us, please follow the instructions below:
First, share the defect and reason for returning your product with us via WhatsApp or email. If the problem persists, then:

1. Pack all your items securely so that a seamless package is ready for delivery.

2. Inside the package, please enter the following:

first name and last name
Order number
Valid address
Your contact number
3. Return the product to our offices in Turkey or France via valid mail such as DHL or UPS or FedEx.

Please Note: You should NOT indicate on the package that it contains jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related items, as this invites theft.

Can I Get A Refund After 30 Days?

Items sent back outside the return period will not qualify for refunds. All items sent back to us that are not eligible for refunds will be sent back.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds are only given when we have returned items. After receiving the refund, it may take 3 to 4 business days to process.

Please note that all refunds will be paid by the original payment method.
In any case, there is no need to worry about late payments.

Can I get my refund with another card?

Unfortunately, not all refunds can only be credited to the account number or original card introduced at the beginning of each person’s purchase.

Can The Refund Be Sent Through A Check?

No. Since we don’t accept checks as a payment method, we also cannot refund you in the form of a check.

Instead Of A Refund, Can I Do An Exchange?

Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, by stating the reason for your product dissatisfaction in the contact us section, you can return your product for replacement within 20 days from the date of receipt.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Refunds may take up to 3 -4 business days to be processed after we receive your returned items.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I receive a refund?

Yes, upon refund, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to reassure you of our support and services.

Will My Refund Bounce Back To My Card?

The refund goes back to the same card used for your purchase. To include high financial security.
